Which tracker works with my phone?
K02 Black Dual System supports compatible iPhone and Android finding networks. K02 Brown & Ivory, P45 and P21 work with Apple Find My on compatible iPhones and are iOS only.
Are these live GPS trackers?
No. They use finding networks and nearby compatible devices. Location updates are not continuous and depend on network coverage.
Is a paid tracker subscription required?
No paid tracker subscription is required. A compatible phone, account and supported finding app are needed.
How are the trackers charged?
P45 uses Qi wireless charging. K02 Black Dual System supports wireless and wired charging. Check each product page and the included instructions for your version; charging accessories vary.
Can I charge my phone with a grip attached?
Remove the magnetic grip before wireless charging, then reattach it once charging is complete.
